Jim was our car sales man he explained every thing we needed to know about the car we purchased car was in mint condition in and out for age they really take pride at this car sales .and valeted and washed to a very high standard they don't push you or give a load of crapp ,. they don't sell rubbish and I'm being vey honest ! Would have gave 5 star rating instead of 4 but find the some of sales people need to be a bit more jolly and not look a bit glum you asked to give a review and this is it !!!!!

I bought a 2013 Nissan Note. Very easy and pleasant experience. The staff are helpful, friendly and honest. I love my vehicle..... immaculate, clean inside and out...what a pleasant buy. No problems at all since purchase. 5 months later we returned to purchase another car. Same friendly staff and amazing service. You won't regret buying your vehicle from here.

I recently bought a second hand Mazda 2 from AG Cars and it is in brilliant condition! The team were incredibly helpful with choosing a car and had great knowledge of all of their cars.

Unfortunately a few days after driving I noticed a growling sound with the exhaust so took it back for them to look at. The mechanic ordered the part and fixed it on day for me (it was under the 3 month warranty). I was thrilled with the speed in which the problem was sorted!

Overall I’d highly recommend AG Cars to anyone looking for a used car. Friendly and efficient staff and a great car!

Part exchanged our car 3 weeks ago, helpfull staff, nothing wrong with our car, 2 half weeks later, having to have work done under the warranty, (hopefully it will pay)as its supposed to be an all singing dancing warranty. Various faults, which have been covered up by the engine fault lights being turned off. Car has no power, possibly been remapped we were not told, possibly engine changed, . To say we are massively disappointed is an understatement

Can not recommend this place enough. Jay was an absolute diamond to deal with and we got my daughter a lovely little car. No pressure at all thank you.

Arrived to look around a car that I had seen. I was greeted by Jay, he showed me where the car was and if I had any questions to just ask. I was then left to have a good look around by myself so there was no pressure. I then took the car on my own for a test drive so again no pressure into making a decision and could relax and enjoy the drive. Anything that would have required repair had already been sorted. Jay made the buying of the car easy and stress free. He was even able to help with the disposal of my old vehicle which was very much appreciated, thanks again Jay. It was well worth the 80 mile trip up from near Oxford.

Drove round all day looking for a car for my mum. Got to AG cars last. So wish we found them 1st. Most helpful and couldn’t do enough. My mum had lots of criteria she needed in a car as she is in her 80’s and disabled and they had just the thing. Put a deposit down straight away and collected the following day. Highly recommend these guys. No pushiness like you get at some garages

We cannot rate the service and helpful advice highly enough. From the outset we were treated in a friendly and helpful fashion by Ash who sold us a delightful car at a fair price. Dealing with this company was an altogether pleasant experience.

Spotted a Smart Car on the website - went to see it. As I do not know Loughborough the Salesman offered to drive me so that I could see how it drives, etc. Wonderful. I put a deposit on it there and then, and picked it up the next day. From start to finish everyone were so friendly, willing to help in any way they could Would buy another car from them.

We visited AG cars to view a particular car. Unfortunately, it wasn't the car for us. However, they did have some very nice, clean well maintained cars in. The owner was most friendly, not pushy, very knowledgeable on his stock and couldn't do enough to help satisfy our needs. Would have no problem recommending this dealership to anyone. The premises are really well looked after which is a good sign for any car purchased.

Have been buying cars for many years and have always found the experience to be rather daunting and risky and having to put up with the smooth talking sales people. Well i do wish all car sales businesses would adopt the methods used by AG Cars, wont go into too many details but a simple and straightforward transaction with fantastic aftersales service. I know where i will be coming in future for my cars.

ust recently passed my driving test and I went to AG. Cars because they had a large selection of small cars that I was interested in , I test drove 3 cars I liked and decided on a seat Ibiza they had , the customer service I received was outstanding from Ash and Alban, Ash was very honest and transparent which made me feel more comfortable in buying the car , I was unable to arrange my insurance at the time so they kindly dropped the car off for me which was an added bonus This is my first car and it’s great I’m very happy with the car the way it drives , condition etc Thanks a lot guys !

Looking on auto-trader saw a car liked it they fitted us in for viewing within 1hour decided to have the car 30 minutes later we driving away in the car very satisfied with the service.

Saw a car at about 1pm arranged for me to view it at 2pm and it was sat on my drive looking pretty by 3pm. They are incredibly nice and friendly, very knowledgeable and honest. It was the first time I have purchased a car and they made it so easy and relaxed. Can’t recommend them enough. If ever myself or my family need another car I will 100% be returning.
